Throughout the pandemic, Receptiviti has worked with large and small corporations to conduct in-depth analyses using language analysis and artificial intelligence to understand how COVID-19 has impacted their people, their cognitive abilities, their social and emotional health, and their productivity. Our findings highlight a number of critical issues that can help organizations adapt to the dramatic changes thrust upon them by COVID-19, and assist as they prepare for the new world of hybrid work.
