Social Dynamics
Measure the degree to which people are authentic, convey clout, confidence, formality, casualness, are self-absorbed, and more.
Use Receptiviti's Social Dynamics framework to understand and measure people's mindsets, including how authentic they are, how much clout they have, levels of confidence, and more.
See the Social Dynamics documentation for a detailed overview of the measures and definitions.
Communication Dynamics (LIWC Extension)
Understand the degree to which people are empathetic, inclusive, supportive, aggressive, abstract, and more.
The LIWC Extension framework includes measures focused on understanding communication and interpersonal dynamics. The framework makes it possible to measure empathy, agentic (ambitious) versus communal (caring) demeanour, abstractness, concreteness, avoidance, and more.
These measures are frequently used in sales, customer service, and healthcare environments to assess the effectiveness of those providing solutions or services, and in leadership assessment to understand leadership styles and the implications for teams and organizations.
See the LIWC Extension documentation for a detailed overview of the measures and definitions.
Drives and Motivations
Understand motivations and drivers of behaviour by measuring the degree to which people are risk averse, driven by reward, focused on achievement, and more.
The Drives framework contains measures that provide insight into what motivates people, which can serve as strong predictors of individual or group behaviour. The five dimensions in this framework provide insight into whether a person is driven by a need for achievement and self actualization, a need for domination, a need for reward, a need to avoid risk, or if they are driven by a need to engage in risk-seeking behaviour.
See the Drives documentation for a detailed overview of the measures and definitions.
Mental Wellbeing
Measure mental health and distress indicators like depression, stress, anxiety, burnout, and markers of the therapeutic alliance.
Receptiviti's evidence-based science converts unstructured language data into 100+ language-based psychological datapoints that are indicators of mental health and distress-related concerns such as depression, stress, and social anxiety. Our platform also enables measurement of the therapeutic alliance based on patient-provider dialogues — a critical insight into one of the most important predictors of treatment success.

Hate Speech and Toxicity
Detect the toxic language in your unstructured data.
Hate speech is a serious and growing problem for brands, online publishers, e-gaming companies, and social media platforms. In addition to the ethical reasons for combating online hate speech, governments across the globe have implemented legislation that requires platforms to remove hateful content within hours or face significant financial penalties.
Detect the probability that your language sample contains threats, hate speech, offensive language, and general toxicity, plus 17 Toxicity measures that can help you identify the specific type of toxicity in your data.
See the Toxicity framework documentation for a detailed overview of the measures and definitions.
Temporal Orientation
Measure mental health and distress indicators like depression, stress, anxiety, burnout, and markers of the therapeutic alliance.
Temporal and Orientation measures provide insight into whether a person’s language and thoughts are rooted in the past, present, or future, while the Attentional Focus measures included in this framework provide insight into whether a person is focused on themselves or on external entities.
By combining Temporal and Orientation and/or Attentional Focus measures with other measures like those generated from SALLEE, our emotions engine, you can gain a detailed understanding of whether fear (one of SALLEE's 16 emotions) is associated with an event in the past, a current situation, or if it is associated with something in the future that has yet to occur.
Temporal and Orientation measures can also serve as inputs to predictive or informative models, with applications for use cases as diverse as call centres, mental health, and product reviews.
See the Temporal Orientation documentation for a detailed overview of the measures and definitions.
